Age Verification: okber strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify your age and identity. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at our sole discretion.
By registering on okber, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section. okber reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
To access the full features of the okber Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active okber account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. okber employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okber login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. okber will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify okber immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
okber is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Before processing any withdrawal, okber may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by okber may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
okber accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. okber does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents.
All deposits are credited to your okber account in Philippine Peso. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. okber does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which okber accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. okber reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
okber reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.
okber complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. Deposits must be funded from legitimate sources. okber reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by okber are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your okber account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus.
okber reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit, and to suspend or permanently close any account, where we reasonably suspect that a player has engaged in any of the following:

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, okber reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. okber's decision in such matters is final.
All game results on okber are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to our support team within 72 hours of the relevant game round.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okber Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:
All content on the okber Platform — including but not limited to the okber brand name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of okber or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without okber's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
okber's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okber account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

When material changes are made, okber will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the okber Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and okber, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, to whose exclusive jurisdiction both parties irrevocably submit.
